Our villa sets the benchmark for quality in Florida vacation homes and is the last word on luxury in the Florida vacation home market.
 The Guild of Florida Owners quality assurance program has been supported by many of the leading tourist organisations for Florida, and has inspected and accredited almost 2,000 homes. Each vacation home is inspected first hand and rigorously checked against many variables in order to award the correct rating. The home, location, resort, advertising, maintenance, licensing and more are assessed to ensure that the award given is a true reflection of the accommodation on offer. Unfortunately, the Guild no longer functions as an accreditor of vacation homes, which is why our last accreditation was in 2008. It is a shame this program is no longer on offer, and that more villa owners did not support this independent accreditation scheme. The Guild now operate a magazine for owners of vacation rentals in Florida and we wish them well.
