Up to the minute availability is shown below. There are a few weeks left for summer 2009 and we are now accepting reservation inquiries for 2010. You may inquire by telephone on UK+44 (0)1258 837092 or online using our inquiry form and we will get back to you ASAP. If your preferred dates are available and you wish to proceed we will hold these for one week for you pending arrival of your deposit moneys to protect them from third party reservations.

Our rental charges are as follows - and reflect the true quality of accommodation. Also, we believe you should enjoy your vacation experience without the hassle of discovering extra costs on arrival. Therefore, included in the price of your stay are the following which we feel should come as standard:

  · Use of telephone for local, national and international calls free of charge
  · WiFi Internet access and laptop computer
  · Pool and Spa heating
  · Use of gas barbecue (with no additional charges for gas used).
  · Mid and end of week maid service with towel / linen changes and cleans during your stay
  · DISH full Platinum package HD satellite viewing
  · Selection of DvDs, top console games, XBox 360’s system linked and online, board games and more
  · Membership of the resort and use of all facilities, gym, sauna, communal pool and tennis courts etc. is also included

There are no extras, luxury is as standard!

The prices shown are per week, all inclusive, based on Saturday to Saturday reservations for 2009 and are fixed. UK£ and Euro prices are available upon request and are subject to exchange rates at the time of the reservation deposit payment and when the remainder of the rental payment is due. We do not negotiate on the high standards provided and we have no need to negotiate on price as we run at full capacity together with our scheduled breaks for our intensive maintenance program. There are no discounts for longer stays, late or early bookings or any other kind.

Payments

We accept payments via cheque, money order or online via credit card through paypal. For the convenience of our United States and Canadian guests our caretaker, Susan Zendell, collects and banks our US$ check payments on our behalf and we collect the UK£ payments ourselves here in the UK.

Susan looks after all our guests and the villa for us and is on hand should you need to contact her. However, please be aware that Susan does not handle reservation enquiries. We handle all the reservations and other administration.

Terms

We require a deposit of 20% of the total cost of your stay at the time of reserving and the remainder will be due ten weeks prior to arrival. If reserving the villa for a stay less than ten weeks from arrival we require 100% of the total at the time of reservation.

A security deposit of £500 or $750 is also required two to four weeks (depending on how this is paid) in advance of your stay. This is held against our terms and conditions and refunded within two weeks of your stay all being well. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
