***** The Emerald Villa is situated on the prestigious “Emerald Island resort”. This resort has around 700 villas planned but only a few of these are built in the “enclave” area of the resort. The enclave consists of the largest and more luxurious homes. The Emerald Villa is sited on an extra large plot, perhaps the largest at the resort, within the enclave that offers unrivalled peace, quiet and privacy. The Southerly facing pool deck overlooks a lake and has beautiful views of a lake and woodland / lowland nature preserve.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and it will comfortably sleep 14 - 16 + 2 baby cots. It is of the “Palm Harbour” design built by Park Square Homes to a very high standard. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms with Masters 1-3 having private and the other 4 each sharing facilities with one other bedroom. The bedrooms are divided into four Master Kings/Queens and three twin rooms. There is also a games room complete with a pool table and air hockey foosball and much more besides.
The furnishings are of an extremely high standard throughout making this a true home from home and the home is maintained to an extremely high standard by our caretaker with midweek cleaning included in the price. We ask that guests refrain from bringing your pets or from smoking within the home as it is an hypoallergenic environment and for the comfort of all guests smoking and pets cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.

The seven bedrooms are arranged as follows
- Master suite 1 - “The Red Master suite” Is a king room with en suite bathroom, located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and views over the conservation area
- Master suite 2 - “The Gold Master suite” is a king room with en suite bathroom, located on the first floor at the rear of the property with views over the pool and the preserve beyond
- Master suite 3 - “The Lilac Master suite” is a queen room with en suite bathroom, situated at the front of the property overlooking the resort
- Bedroom 3 on the plan is the 4th Master suite - “The Green Master suite” is a queen room with shared en suite bathroom (with Bedroom 3 can be made private), and overlooks the resort
- Bedroom 2 is a neutral twin room sharing an en suite bathroom with Bedroom 3
- Bedroom 4 Cowboy themed with bunk beds and shares an en suite bathroom with Bedroom 5
- Bedroom 5 The Fairy room is a twin room with four poster beds and shared en suite bathroom (with Bedroom 4).
- Two very good quality air beds are available for extra children for parties of 15 or 16 by prior arrangement only.
